I am an executive leader with over 20 years of international experience, working across complex, fast-changing, and multicultural environments.

Throughout my career, I have led organizations of various sizes — including a team of over 900 people across 22 nationalities in Berlin — and delivered transformation initiatives across 4 continents and 16 countries.

I have managed budgets exceeding €35M, improved operational efficiency, and worked closely with senior leaders across more than 20 countries.

​

But what shaped my work the most was not just the scale — it was the reality of leadership.

Leadership today is complex.

It requires clarity in uncertainty, confidence under pressure, and the ability to lead people through constant change.

And often, leaders are expected to do this alone.

I have seen how much responsibility leaders carry — and how easily even the strongest professionals can feel stuck or overwhelmed.
